We are looking for a flexible individual who already has a background in teaching functional skills English and maths, experience in supporting apprentices with SEND needs and has a keen interest in developing and implementing practices that ensure our apprentices have the right support to pass the level 1/2 functional skills English and Maths exams.

To achieve this we are looking to recruit Apprentice Technicians that are highly motivated and have the ability to learn and understand complex Mechanical and Electrical systems. On the job training is provided in our garages, which means that you learn from a more experienced member of staff. Off-site training is also provided at college on either day release or residential block release. You will obtain a Mechanical/Electrical Level 3 Apprenticeship in Bus and Coach Engineering Maintenance.
On completion of the apprenticeship you will be qualified to become a Senior Vehicle Engineer. For the right candidate there will be opportunities to build a successful career in the bus industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE
A rare opportunity if you hold a PCV licence but do not want to commit to a full-time role at our Luton Base!
We are currently recruiting experienced PCV licence holders to join our established team of casual drivers, primarily operating Rail Replacement work, on weekends, public holidays and occasional weekdays from our Luton base.
You will also benefit from accepting other driving work covering Contracted and Special Events.
The role involves:
- Operating shifts on an ad-hoc basis, including early, late and night shifts, from our Luton base.
- Dealing with the public
- Driving various PCV vehicles within the company fleet (buses and coaches)

An opportunity has arisen to join the Commercial Department's team of operating Controllers. These roles are to be carried out as a supplement to your usual occupation.
The bulk of the work carried out by the department is Rail Replacement, but no less important is covering work for TFL Overground, Underground and Trams. As well as Rail Replacement, we provide shuttle and park and ride services for various national events, and several private sector company bus shuttle contracts.
