Who are we

Go-Ahead London is the capital’s largest bus operator and we employ the overwhelming number of our 8,000 people at 17 garages, mostly in South East, South West, North East and East London.  An award-winning company with a well-regarded industry reputation, we have opened three new garages in the last five years and run a quarter of London’s iconic red bus network on behalf of Transport for London (TfL) using 2,450 vehicles.

Go-Ahead London’s buses are on the Capital’s roads 24 hours a day and all our vehicles are equipped with the latest technologies and innovations.  We take exceptional pride in the fleet and we expect them to be maintained to the highest standards and ready to go into service at a moment’s notice.

We are now looking to recruit 4 Senior Vehicle Engineers to be based at our Putney garage, and we are looking for someone who will strive to provide reliable and effective maintenance so we can ensure that we are able to deliver a reliable service that people can trust and which helps to create a London where every journey is taken care of.
