Responsibilities

As an AGM, you will have leadership responsibility for multiple General Managers across several garages. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, your role will involve:

  • Transformational Leadership: Inspiring General Managers to deliver high performance and embed a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Operational Excellence: Overseeing TfL contract delivery, enhancing driver performance, and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Influence: Contributing to the company’s corporate plans, budgets, and headcount strategies while driving organisational agility.
  • Cultural Development: Championing diversity, inclusion, and strong relationships with trade unions and employee representatives.
  • Mentorship: Coaching General Managers and identifying high-potential talent to support professional growth.
