Go-Ahead London is seeking experienced and dynamic Account Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our major commercial Accounts. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the services, with a focus on achieving operational excellence and delivering a customer-centric experience. As Account Manager, you will have direct responsibility for a team of Drivers, working closely with key stakeholders, including the customer(s), to meet Account KPIs and uphold the highest standards of service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contractual and operational management, preferably within a Public Transport environment. You will be an effective leader with the ability to engage and motivate your team, driving performance and delivering results in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Your approach will be flexible and adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on safety, customer service, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering first class service excellence.
