Go-Ahead London is seeking a proactive and people-focused Learning & Development Manager to support our iBus Operations team of over 100 staff.
This role is central to keeping our training records accurate, our development plans current, and our people continuously improving through meaningful, real-time feedback.
Rather than designing training from scratch, you’ll facilitate, coordinate, and oversee the full cycle of learning and performance support — ensuring that every member of the iBus team receives the right training at the right time. You’ll also play a key role in embedding a culture of dynamic, on-the-floor feedback, where managers and controllers are regularly supported and coached to perform at their best.
