In this crucial supervisory role, you'll be at the heart of ensuring a consistent and reliable bus service that millions of Londoners depend on every day.
About the Role: As an iBus Controller, you'll be responsible for overseeing and controlling our bus services using cutting-edge computer, GPS, and communication systems. Your mission? To deliver a high-quality service that meets and exceeds the standards set by Go-Ahead London and London Buses. You’ll work with a wide range of teams and external partners, including police, highway authorities, and our valued customers, ensuring smooth operations even in challenging situations.

Working Conditions:
· The role will be located in Stockwell.
· This is a shift-based role that includes weekends, requiring flexibility in working hours and location.
· You’ll undergo a comprehensive training program.
· Salary upon successful completion of one month training period will rise from £43,575 to £52,283.
· As part of the Recruitment process candidates will be required to undertake an on line assessment to determine suitability for the role.
