We are the GoAhead London iBus Operations Control Centre (OCC), the nerve centre of the bus network, working 24/7 to keep services running safely, reliably, and efficiently.
Every day, we support thousands of drivers, coordinate with garages across the network, and respond in real time to incidents that impact service. From unplanned disruptions to major events, we are the team that keeps things moving. We're contantly making informed, confident decisions when it matters most.
Our environment is fast-paced and performance-driven, built on strong teamwork, clear communication, and accountability. We take pride in the role we play behind the scenes, knowing that the decisions we make directly impact the journeys of millions of customers.
At our core, we are problem-solvers, decision-makers, and collaborators that are always committed to delivering a service our drivers can rely on and our passengers can trust.
So we’re looking for calm, decisive, and customer-focused individuals to join our OCC as an iBus Service Controller.

The OCC is a fast-paced, high-performing environment where no two days are the same. While the role can be demanding, it is also highly rewarding; ou’ll see the direct impact of your decisions on service delivery and passenger experience every day.
To set you up for success, you’ll go through a comprehensive induction programme, designed to build your technical confidence, route knowledge, and decision-making capability.
