Location: Head Office, Merton 
Full-Time | Permanent - Salary £35k

What You’ll Be Doing: 

 Ensuring payroll data is entered accurately for timely payments. 
Compiling and analysing pay adjustments using Excel. 
Maintaining payroll records and ensuring compliance with payroll processes. 
Supporting weekly payroll checks and holiday reporting. 
Assisting with payroll system updates and general housekeeping of payroll data. 
Investigating and resolving payroll queries with a customer-focused approach. 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

 Strong administrative skills with great attention to detail. 
Comfortable using Excel and payroll-related systems. 
A problem-solver who can spot discrepancies and resolve them efficiently. 
A confident communicator who can liaise with employees and payroll providers. 
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 
An interest in IT and systems, with a willingness to learn and improve processes.
