We are looking for an organised and proactive Asset Support Coordinator to join our Asset Presentation team based at Stockwell.

This is a varied role that combines coordination, administration, reporting and site support. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll help ensure that asset-related issues are identified, tracked and resolved efficiently, while providing valuable operational support to our Asset Presentation teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating asset maintenance activities, defects and work requests through to completion.
  • Supporting the management of asset records, compliance documentation and maintenance histories.
  • Reviewing performance dashboards and operational data to identify successes, trends and areas requiring attention.
  • Producing reports, performance information and presentation materials for management teams.
  • Visiting garages and operational sites to verify asset condition, location and records.
  • Supporting internal audits and ensuring actions are tracked through to completion.
  • Maintaining asset audit systems and time and attendance records to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Building strong working relationships with colleagues across departments to resolve issues and improve communication.
  • Providing cover for scheduling or training activities during periods of annual leave or absence.

What we're looking for

We're seeking someone who is highly organised, confident working with data and comfortable building relationships across a large operational business.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience in an operational support, administration or coordination role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience maintaining operational systems, records or databases.
  • The ability to interpret performance information and communicate key findings.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • A full willingness to travel regularly to garages and operational locations across London.

Why join Go-Ahead London?

As one of London's leading transport providers, we offer the opportunity to develop your career within a large and diverse organisation where no two days are the same.

In return, we offer:

  • Competitive salary of £32,500 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
  • Company pension scheme.
  • Training and development opportunities.
  • Free  travel on most TfL services.
  • Opportunities to progress and develop your career within Go-Ahead London.
  • The chance to play a key role supporting a vital operational function within the business.
