Join the Team That Drives London's Future Workforce
At Go-Ahead London, recruiting and developing great people is vital to keeping London moving. We're looking for a proactive and creative Recruitment & Training Academy Administrator who enjoys combining technology, communication, marketing, and administration to help attract, engage, and onboard the next generation of bus drivers and transport professionals.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety. One day you could be creating engaging recruitment content for social media and careers websites, the next you could be managing recruitment systems, coordinating campaigns, analysing recruitment data, or working with managers across the business to improve candidate attraction.
If you're organised, digitally confident, people-focused, and enjoy making things happen behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.
Salary £35000
