Commercial Allocation Supervisor

 

The primary responsibility of the Commercial Allocation Supervisor is to efficiently manage driver allocation for contracts, rail replacement services, and events across multiple depots.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work Allocation: Use the Duty Allocation System (DAS) to build and allocate work schedules, ensuring coverage for all contracts, rail replacements, and
  • Training Management: Schedule training sessions, monitor compliance, and maintain training
  • Absence Reporting: Document and communicate driver absences, maintaining operational
  • Driver Queries Management: Handle driver queries and concerns via a dedicated phone
  • Collaboration with Planning Team: Work closely with the planning team to optimise driver resources and meet operational demands.
  • Event Coordination: Oversee driver allocation for special events, coordinating with event organizers to meet specific requirements.

 

Special Working Conditions:

  • Flexibility to adapt to a 24/7 operational
  • Demonstrate flexibility being fully available to work various shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Primarily the role will be based at Sydenham, with the possibility of working at various operational sites across the Go-Ahead London network as required.

Salary: £43,575 (raised to £46,668 after successful completion of level 3 apprenticeship)
