CCTV Supervisor

Location: Camberwell Garage – CCTV Suite
Hours: Monday to Friday (with occasional weekends, early/late shifts, and on-call for major incidents)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Go-Ahead London as a CCTV Supervisor, leading our dedicated CCTV team at Camberwell Garage. This is a pivotal role in our back-office operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality CCTV services that support safety, performance, and accountability across London’s bus network.

As CCTV Supervisor, you will manage the day-to-day activities of the CCTV Analysts, oversee requests for footage, and act as the key point of contact with external bodies such as Transport for London, the police, and other stakeholders. Your leadership will ensure the team delivers accurate, timely, and professional support to both internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise, support, and develop the CCTV Analysts, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards.
• Footage Requests: Oversee the processing of all CCTV requests from garages, TfL, law enforcement, and other authorised bodies.
• Compliance: Ensure GDPR, privacy, and data protection requirements are met at all times, including the management of subject access requests.
• Operational Support: Provide evidence and insights to assist garages with incident investigations, safety monitoring, and performance improvement.
• Supplier Liaison: Work with CCTV repair providers to ensure effective service delivery and raise purchase orders where required.
• Incident Response: Be prepared to support serious incidents, occasionally outside normal working hours, ensuring footage is captured and shared promptly.
